How do I book my child a lesson?

Answer

You can book a class on the website.Click on the sport and either book online or over the phone.

Question 2

How do I know my child is in the right class?

Answer

As part of the trial, your child will have an evaluation, here we can assess your childs ability and ensure the class you have selected is the right level.

Question 3

What happens in the first class?

Answer

Please arrive at the club, approximately 5-10 minutes before class starts to ensure your child is on time to start. If your child is nervous about starting their class, you are more than welcome to stay in our viewing area. Once your child is settled our classes are fully supervised so if your child is 5yrs and older you can leave your child with our fully qualified team.

What does my child need to wear?

We encourage all members to wear Gymfinity Kids Uniform which is available to purchase at reception. The correct clothing for training is shorts and t-shirt, leggings and a t-shirt or leotard. Please do not wear anything that is loose fitting. We do not allow any footwear on the gym floor Please note: - Long hair needs to be tied back - No jewellery is permitted – if ears have recently been pierced they must be covered up with tape or plasters - No food is permitted during our sessions, but please remember to bring along a drink for your child - Children are encouraged to visit the bathroom before they start their session

Do classes run through the school holidays?

Answer

Yes, we continue sessions through school holidays as normal. We also host fun holiday camps during each school holiday break too.

Question 6

Do I need to stay with my child when they are in a class?

Answer

Parents of pre-school children are encouraged to stay, we have viewing area with Wi-Fi and refreshments. However, if your child is 4.5 years old+ you are free to drop off and collect at the end of the session.

My child has a disability, can they join in?

Answer

We try to offer classes to be inclusive as possible to evryone. Please contact the Venue Manager directly to discuss this further. Please remember to inform us of ALL medical conditions.

How do I book a party / event ?

Answer

You can book a party / event over the phone or in the venue. Please make sure you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Question 9

How many children can attend party?

Answer

Parties are for up to 30 kids but if you would like more spaces please speak to a member f the team.

Do you provide food and drink?

Answer

We can provide a choice of differenet packages.

Do you host themed parties?

Answer

We have a range of different themed parties, including Ninja, Gymnastic, VIP and Super hero.

Question 12

How long will children get to play in the gym?

Answer

For each party we allocate an hour of gym time and half an hour in our VIP seating area with games area included.
